President Uhuru Kenyatta since resuming his second term as president he has not been so vibrant like before. He was here and there launching a project in the company of his Deputy President William Ruto and sometimes alone.
Currently, William Ruto is currently a development engine with almost in a day in three different counties launching projects and even giving out funds to churches every other Sunday.
The DP, without mentioning a name, called out the person who questioned his donations to churches but at the same time would engage in drinking till the wee hours of the morning.
“You go out drinking until 5 AM and when you wake up, you come and question me where I get my money from,” said DP while addressing Shabana FC players, technical team and supporters in Nairobi.
He urged those who are complaining to start giving since when you give you receive. On December first, 2018 William Ruto launched three projects.
Uhuru Kenyatta so far has been dealing with regional projects such as the one launched a one-stop Namanga border post with his Counterpart Tanzania President Magufuli.
He commisioned a 3,000-litre Murimi Dairy Cooling Plant, Rubati, Tharaka Nithi County. In Kirinyaga he officially opened Ndia Techn9ical Institute and commissioned the 34 km Karima-Kianjege-Mukangu-Ndimaini-Karatina and Kiburu-Kabonge Roads.
William Ruto development record is now unbeatable by anyone who may lay claims that he is not fit for office. With 2022 succession around the corner DP Ruto is up to the task to take the mantle.
