After the Matatu CBD ban, Nairobi City County has not provided alternative methods for accessing CBD which has faulted many.
The long walking distance that many people will be forced to go as they look for public means of transport to their desired destinations.

Some travellers were left stranded as they don’t know where to get their desired matatus.
According to kenyans.co.ke the following are the gazetted bus terminus;
Fig Tree Terminus B in Ngara. Station where all matatu’s plying Thika Road and Kiambu Road are picking and dropping passengers.
Park Road Terminus in Ngara near Equity Bank. All matatus that use Waiyaki Way including the upcountry travellers to Eldoret and Kisumu.
Hakati Terminus popularly known B.S. All vehicles plying Mombasa Road and Lang’ata are accessed.
Railway Terminus. Matatus for Ngong are stationed here.
Muthurwa Terminus. Where all Matatus plying Jogoo and Lusaka roads are stationed.
Machakos Terminus. Where all high capacity PSVs from upcountry will be stationed.
Acting County Secretary Pauline Waititu signed a notice that there will be no picking or dropping of passengers at the CBD.
