Dennis Oliech former Harambee stars captain is set to come back to football by joining one of the Kenyan clubs then joining the national team.
He revealed on Thursday that he was on talks with top three clubs in Kenya over a possible transfer before January 2019.
During an interview at Milele Fm, He announced that he had ambitions to represent the country once more in the Africa Cup of Nations championships in June 2019.
Joining Harambe stars will see him reclaim his position.
“I am yet to retire, I can come back to Harambee Stars. First of all, let me return to the local league and be the top scorer, then I will be good to return to the national team. I know I am good and I will score goals.
“Currently I have three options that include Gor Mahia, Sofapaka and Mathare United. I will for sure play in the Kenya Premier League this season. I am itching to make a return and I am confident that by January, I will have nailed a deal to mark my return,” said Dennis Oliech.
Dennis Oliech is currently Kenya’s all-time goal scorer after scoring 37 goals in 74 national team appearances.
In his carreer he played for the French Ligue 1 and 2, featuring for Nantes, Auxerre, and Ajaccio. Earlier in July, Dennis Olich was appointed by Nairobi Governor along side former start Musa Otieno to the Nairobi County Sports Committee, to oversee sports development in the county.
