Veteran Uasin Gishu politician Jackson Kibor granted a divorce from his third wife

The principal magistrate in Eldoret court of law Naomy Wairimu has on Tuesday granted Uasin Gishu’s popular farmer and former politician Jackson Kibor a divorce. Mr. Kibor moved to court seeking for a legal divorce on allegations that his third wife Naomi Jeptoo together with her six children deserted had him for years.

Speaking after the ruling, the controversial Old man expressed his happiness and satisfaction on the judgment.

” I am happy today the court has granted me another divorce from my wife who has been extremely hostile and intolerant, causing me serious psychological suffering. I can now confidently say I will live for more years after divorcing this big-headed woman.” said Kibor.

Lawyer Stanley Kagunza who represented Jackson Kibor during the court case went further to reveal that Naomi Jeptoo had denied the old man his conjugal rights and hence the marriage should be terminated. Kibor had earlier divorced his second wife and is known for his seriousness when it comes to family issues and businesses.

The marriage which officially came to an end today was forty-three years old and the couple was blessed with six children. Jackson Kibor is currently 85 years old.

However, Naomi Jeptoo has termed the ruling as baseless and said that Jackson Kibor is still his man.
